Having suffered a lighting problem, Kevin came out at short notice, and restored some lights. He summited a quote to rewire what was needed. He returned, along with his apprentice Tom and corrected all the faults. As not quite as much work was required, the finale cost was reduced by some amount. I would have paid the full quoted price and known no difference. That is how honest Kevin is. The work was carried out to a high standard, clean, and tidy. Polite, caring, respectful.
